Seadwell designed and delivered a custom 30' x 15' floating showerhouse for the Wharf Marina located at Washington, DC’s premier waterfront destination. Constructed offsite and delivered turnkey, the showerhouse provides visitors with a high-quality, code-compliant amenity while addressing zoning, floodplain, and permitting constraints common to urban marinas.

Designed with ADA considerations, the facility includes four private washrooms with en suite showers, commercial-grade fixtures and finishes, electric water heaters, and direct-ducted HVAC. Integrated systems include a 400-gallon grey and wastewater collection tank with optional remote monitoring, offering marina users a refined blend of waterfront luxury and functionality.
