Seadwell served as Project Manager and Engineer for the multi-phase redevelopment of a 40-acre marina property along the Chester River. The marina includes nearly 400 slips, a travel lift facility, fuel dock, overwater buildings, and approximately 3,000 linear feet of bulkhead infrastructure.

Project responsibilities included:
• Providing permitting support and coordination with regulatory agencies
• Leading marina planning and layout to optimize circulation, usability, and operational efficiency
• Developing construction cost estimates and capital planning inputs
• Preparing RFP packages, reviewing bids, and supporting contractor selection and contracting
• Delivering ongoing project management and Owner’s Representative services throughout design and construction

Construction-phase services included:
• Submittal and RFI review and coordination
• Contractor coordination and schedule support
• Onsite construction observation and field support

Design services included:
• Mooring pile engineering and specification development
• Bulkhead reconstruction design for long-term shoreline stability
• Fixed pier structural design supporting marina operations and waterfront resilience
