Seadwell designed and delivered a custom floating showerhouse to Safe Harbor Pier 121, one of the largest inland marinas in Texas, as part of the marina’s post-storm modernization after suffering severe damage in 2023. Designed with ADA accessibility considerations, the compact amenity structure includes four private washrooms with en suite showers, commercial-grade fixtures, electric water heaters, and direct-ducted HVAC systems to support year-round marina operations and guest comfort.

The structure was engineered to fit a narrow-beam slip with strict dimensional and bordering-heigh constraints and was fully constructed and finished off-site. Seadwell’s skilled launch team towed and installed the unit directly into its designed berth – minimizing the disruption and ensuring quality control.

The amenity provides convenient, accessible comfort for boaters while supporting Safe Harbor’s broader infrastructure upgrades.
