Seadwell is leading the design and serving as Owner’s Representative for Phase 1 of the Oxford Marina boatyard redevelopment, a waterfront infrastructure project focused on modernizing marina operations while preserving the character of this historic working waterfront. The redevelopment is being carefully phased to minimize disruption to marina operations, tenant activity, and slip occupancy while navigating the Town of Oxford’s preservation standards and regulatory requirements.
